The container is sufficient to cover a good amount of square footage, the surface I applied it to absorbed easily and did not require a second coat (with a little water, it dried up any excess I had applied in certain areas for better results). In white cement, it gives a slight satin feel, while in gray cement, it darkens as if it has been soaked. Now, on serious matters, don't expect miracles if your laid cement was not a good mix and easily wears off. I definitely saw an improvement in my case. It has been a month since I applied it and I am considering doing another pass. Overall, it does the job.
