Verolac is a glossy, solvent-based alkyd varnish paint of great durability, suitable for all exterior and interior metal and wood surfaces. It has high hardness, coverage, and gloss that remains unchanged. Due to its special composition, it constitutes an excellent anti-corrosion finish for all kinds of metal surfaces.

PREPARATION: Surfaces should be cleaned with T 300 Brush Cleaner, dry and smooth, free from dust, oils, and sanded with appropriate sandpaper. Metal surfaces are primed with anti-rust primer (Anti-Rust Primer, New Type Red Lead, or Metal Primer). Glossy metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Glossy Surface Primer or Wash Primer.

APPLICATION: The product should be stirred well before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller or brush, diluted 5% with T 300 Brush Cleaner or airless spray gun diluted 5% with T 350 Gun Cleaner. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C, and/or relative humidity above 80%. The product is touch dry in 2-3 hours and can be recoated after 20-24 hours, with times varying depending on weather conditions.

Rollers, brushes, and floor stains are cleaned with T 300 Brush Cleaner and then with soap or detergent. Guns are cleaned with T 350 Gun Cleaner.
