Kreg KREG® Custom Pocket-Hole Plug Cutter

The Custom Pocket-Hole Plug Cutter allows the use of hole plugs almost anywhere, hiding pocket holes with perfectly matching plugs made from the wood of your choice. It creates face-grain plugs that fit together exceptionally well, whether aligned with the grain or running along it. These plugs are easier to conceal than traditional dowels.

It accepts accessory parts that can cut plugs for Kreg Micro-Pocket™ hole plugs and plugs for the Kreg Jig® HD, essential for specific plug sizes. The Plug Cutter is mounted on a Kreg Jig® in place of the regular drill guide, compatible with Kreg® Jig K5, K4, or K3 models.

The plug creation process is simple: push the plug bit into any drill. This bit features a specially designed cutting tip that cuts cleanly for smooth, consistent plugs. A positive stop collar ensures perfect depth each time for precise plug production.

Once the plugs are drilled, they can be easily cut free using a saw or hand saw.
