  • Vitamins: B2, B3, B12, B6, pantothenic acid (B5), folic acid: They help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin C: Helps in the health of the immune system and contributes to collagen formation in healthy bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and skin. It is important for reducing tiredness, fatigue, and energy production.

Ideal for:

  • Individuals with magnesium or B vitamin deficiencies.
  • Athletes and active individuals.

Dosage: 1 sachet daily.
