Materials used for JT gears

JT gears are manufactured using the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade aluminum alloy 7075-T6 for lightweight racing gears.
• Chromoly steel alloy SCM420 for the front gears.
• High-carbon content steel C49 for the rear gears.

Each gear undergoes 25 production stages and 10 quality checks before leaving the factory. The production unit has met the highest European quality standards.
