The Mastech MS2138 digital clamp meter measures AC current up to 400 A and DC current up to 1000 A, as well as AC and DC voltage. It also measures resistance, capacitance and frequency, and tests circuit continuity with an audible alert and diode testing.

It features data hold, relative measurement and a bar graph display. The range is selected automatically or manually. It also has a built-in flashlight, backlight, low battery indicator and automatic power-off.
