Changes the color of the light, but doesn't retain the last setting and doesn't have a way to adjust the brightness of the light on its remote control (hence the 4 stars). The fan is powerful, even on the first setting, and nicely blends into the body when not in use. It can also work in reverse to circulate the air and provide warmth from the central heating in the winter.
    Comes in two pieces, which require assembly and then installation and connection to the power supply. It would be good to have an electrician do the installation.
    Overall, we really like it, it brightens up our kitchen and provides coolness with low power consumption.
