    Perhaps the best thermal printers, not only for labels, vouchers, etc. I have 4 printers here for about 4 to 5 years and they haven't had any issues at all, not even getting stuck, despite heavy use. A big bravo to the manufacturers, they are truly durable!

    For years and every day I repaired the previous series and this specific one. By far the worst thing there is in this size. Even worse than its predecessor, the TLP 2844. I don't know how many I took out of the box new and they were stuck. Customers returning them after 1 month stuck and me trying many times to pass them the firmware to recover. Their boards are problematic.
