My first contact with this specific Skechers line started with the Go Walk 2. I don't know if the 3 was released, but if it was, I never had it.
So, are the Go Walk 4/Flex more beautiful than their predecessor? Yes, noticeably. Do they have a nicer line? Also yes. But this is where their positives end. In the old series, you felt that the shoe hugged your foot and it was as if you weren't wearing anything at all because it was so comfortable; you just walked, and it definitely helped you cover kilometers comfortably and effortlessly compared to a regular shoe. This one has much less room for the foot; it's as if it's noticeably lower—I don't know how else to explain it.
The insole is by no means like the old one. Although they claim that it is not only the same but also improved. Personally, I saw no improvement; on the contrary, it is a noticeably worse insole. After 3-4 days (with 10,000+ steps a day), the insole feels like it has compressed and offers no cushioning to the foot, resulting in it feeling like a regular shoe from the line. Meanwhile, the predecessor literally melted to my feet before I changed it. Another negative is that it was about €25 more expensive than the previous one, which I found for almost €30...
In summary, if you care about a stylish shoe that you can, for example, wear to work (if it's not a standing job) and to coffee, then it's a fine solution. If you're looking for a shoe that will take you miles, then it will disappoint you very, very much. If by some magical way you find the Go Walk 2, then I recommend them without reservation!
Η πρώτη μου επαφή με την συγκεκριμένη σειρά της Skechers ξεκίνησε από τα go walk 2. Δεν ξέρω αν βγήκε και 3 αλλά αν βγήκε δεν το είχα ποτέ.
Τα Go Walk 4/Flex λοιπόν είναι πιο όμορφα από τον προκάτοχό τους ; Ναι αισθητά. Έχουν πιο ωραία γραμμή ; Επίσης ναι. Αλλά κάπου εδώ τελειώνουν τα θετικά τους. Στην παλιά σειρά ένιωθες πως το παπούτσι αγκαλιάζει το πέλμα σου και ήταν σαν να μην φοράς καν κάτι από το πόσο άνετα ήταν, απλά περπατούσες και σίγουρα σε βοηθούσε να κάνεις άνετα και ξεκούραστα χιλιόμετρα από ότι με ένα κοινό άλλο παπούτσι. Το συγκεκριμένο έχει πολύ μικρότερο χώρο για το πέλμα, είναι σαν να είναι αισθητά πιο χαμηλό δεν ξέρω πως να το εξηγήσω αλλιώς.
Ο πάτος του σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι όπως ο παλιός. Παρότι αναφέρουν ότι όχι απλά είναι ίδιος αλλά και βελτιωμένος. Προσωπικά δεν είδα καμία βελτίωση, ίσα ίσα είναι πολύ αισθητά χειρότερος πάτος. Μετά από 3-4 ημέρες (με 10.000+ βήματα την ημέρα) ο πάτος είναι σαν να έχει κάτσει και δεν προσφέρει κανένα cushioning στο πέλμα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι σαν ένα κοινό παπούτσι της σειράς. Ενώ στην αντίπερα όχθη ο προκάτοχος του κυριολεκτικά έλιωσε στα πόδια μου πριν το αλλάξω. Στα επίσης αρνητικά είναι ότι ήταν περίπου 25€ πιο ακριβο από το προηγούμενο που το είχα βρει στα 30 σχεδόν ευρώ...
Συνοψίζοντας, αν σας νοιάζει ένα κομψό παπούτσι που θα μπορείς για παράδειγμα να το βάλεις και στην δουλειά(αν δεν είναι δουλειά ορθοστασίας) και στον καφέ τότε είναι μια χαρά λύση. Αν ψάχνεις παπούτσι που θα σου βγάλει χιλιόμετρα τότε θα σε απογοητεύσει πάρα μα πάρα πολύ. Αν με κάποιο μαγικό τρόπο βρεις τα Go Walk 2 τότε τα συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
I recently bought these shoes for work (service). I liked them aesthetically and in terms of construction. They are comfortable, lightweight, and have good traction, while also being non-slip. They appear durable, but I will come back with a proper review later. On April 21st, the shoes did not last even four months under intense working conditions, and as I wore them, they gradually developed a bad odor. Additionally, I noticed that my feet were more tired compared to wearing Under Armour shoes, which were clearly more comfortable.
Τα πηρα προσφατα για παπουτσι δουλειας(σερβις).Μου αρεσαν εμφανισιακα και σαν κατασκευη.Ειναι ανετα,ελαφρια και με καλο πατημα ενω σημειωτεον δεν μου γλιστρανε.Δειχνουν γερα αλλα θα επανελθω με το καλο.. 21/4 Τα παπουτσια δεν εβγαλαν ουτε τετραμηνο σε συνθηκες εντονης εργασιας και οσο τα φορουσα ανεπτυξαν σταδιακα κακοσμια.. Επισης στη πορεια ειδα οτι κουραζοντουσαν παραπανω τα ποδια μου σε σχεση με under αrmour πχ που ειχα ηταν σαφως πιο ανετα.
