RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

• A) In the case of defective input material from GIGALED or an error by GIGALED in the order, an IMMEDIATE replacement will be made and shipping costs are free.
• B) In any other case, you will need to pay the shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY TERMS

Products must be in good condition, have intact packaging, and must not be used.

Any defective resale products can be returned under the terms of the respective company's return policy.

For any changes in product material information and technical specifications for resale products, GIGALED does not bear any responsibility unless officially informed by its representatives. For changes that may occur, the representatives of the respective companies bear exclusive responsibility.
