Return Policy

• Returns are accepted in the case of defective GIGALED import materials or GIGALED's error in the order with immediate replacement and free shipping.
• In any other case, the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs.

Returned products must be in good condition, properly packaged, and must not have been used. Any defective resale products can be returned under the terms of the return policy of each respective company.

GIGALED is not responsible for any changes in material information and the technical specifications of resale products unless officially notified by its representatives. The responsibilities for any changes lie solely with the representatives of the respective companies.
