Along with the nightmares it sends to little children, I wonder who primitive Chinese demon designed this tool. It is the first pair of pliers I have ever seen in my life that not only does not have teeth (loosening) to grip, but the inner surface that is supposed to hold what you want to grip is like glass, resulting in more chances of holding what you want with eyebrow tweezers than with this tool. Prefer something else, maybe you can save your soul.
