The La Germania P93 3CV LAG X GN hob combines five natural gas and electric cooking zones: three gas burners and two ceramic zones. It features a 3.00 kW rapid gas burner, a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner and a 4.00 kW dual-flame WOK burner, as well as 1.8 kW and 1.2 kW ceramic zones. The one-handed electronic ignition and flame-failure safety devices shut off the gas supply in the event of a leak.

The surface combines stainless steel and ceramic glass, while the burner bodies are made of duralumin and their caps are made of cast iron. The rotary metal controls are silver, and the residual heat indicator lights show which ceramic zones are still hot. A WOK pan support and a support for Greek coffee or espresso are included.
