General usage/maintenance instructions:
- Before using the product, remove all labels and clean it with water and soap.
- Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
- Do not use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick pan.
- Select the right size of the burner, close to the diameter of the pan.
- Use the pan on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
- Avoid grilling fatty foods that burn and blacken.
- Do not use sharp tools and do not cut inside the pan.
- It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking utensils.
- Store the pan carefully to maintain the non-stick coating.
- Pans with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
- Clean by hand, using a sponge and liquid detergent.
- Avoid using abrasive and corrosive cleaning products.
- Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
- Watch out for children during cooking; the pan must cool down before cleaning.
