Practical "Handee" device that cuts cheese quickly, easily, and economically without crumbling or waste. Made from food-grade white melamine, it is fully durable and compatible with the chemical composition of cheeses.

It is hygienic and safe to use with a base size of 33cm x 28cm. The patented floating stainless steel wire (60 cm) smoothly cuts all types of cheese and returns to the cutting position after each cut.

When not in use, the handle is housed in holding slots, where the wire is kept semi-taut and free from kinks. Easy wire replacement in seconds. Cleans with a simple wipe using a damp cloth.

Comes with a pack of 12 replacement wires.
