    What makes me give 1 star less are 2 reasons.
    The first is that it looks a bit like it came out of a museum, and secondly, the base where you place the cup sometimes rattles as if the cup is dancing during coffee extraction and sometimes not. So, when it doesn't rattle, it is almost silent!
