Description

Description

The pair of small diaphragm condenser microphones Rode M5 is ideal for studio and live recordings. They are low-noise microphones and can be used for recording acoustic instruments as well as vocals, in both mono and stereo recording.

Sturdy and durable

The Rode M5 is a compact condenser microphone with a 1/2" gold-plated diaphragm, utilizing a low-noise transformerless circuit and providing a wide frequency response.

It can be powered by either 24 V or 48 V phantom power, ensuring compatibility with different systems. Additionally, the microphone's cardioid polar pattern suppresses sounds coming from the rear and ensures a high level of feedback protection.

Monophonic or Stereophonic

The Rode M5 MP set is suitable for a variety of applications, making it an excellent choice for recording drums, for example - whether used as an overhead microphone set or separately for hi-hat and ride.

Alternatively, the Rode M5 MP can also be used to record detailed stereo signals from string and wind instruments. Additionally, there is no problem using the M5 MP in combination with portable audio recording devices, making it useful for field recordings with natural sound or for dialogues.

The package includes

  • 2x cardioid condenser microphones with 0.50'' capsule
  • Microphone clip and windshields.
