A major, huge disadvantage in my opinion is the minimal magnesium it contains, and in a trash form (magnesium oxide) that is not absorbed at all by the body (only at a rate of 3-4%). Magnesium is one of the most important minerals missing from the modern Western diet, and coincidentally it provides energy among other things.... You can't have a multivitamin and not have at least a basic 50% of the recommended daily amount, and in some good form, e.g., citrate or glycinate.... Yes, the company saves money as the other forms are more expensive, but let's not forget that supradyn is relatively pricey for a multivitamin, if they're not going to include magnesium, we might as well get a multivitamin from the supermarket.... Anyway, whoever buys these, should also get an extra magnesium supplement.... Unless they eat a lot of greens and spinach weekly. On the plus side of supradyn, it doesn't have much calcium. Ideal for those of us who avoid it as we get enough from our diet.

30 coated tablets. It did not help me at all, today after taking it I fell asleep. I was tired of course but that's why I took it, the pack finishes in two days, so I will NOT take it again.

Quite a good multivitamin but with a rather bad taste. A major, huge disadvantage in my opinion is the minimal magnesium it contains, and in a trash form (magnesium oxide) that is not absorbed at all by the body (only at a rate of 3-4%). Magnesium is one of the most important minerals missing from the modern Western diet, and coincidentally it provides energy among other things.... You can't have a multivitamin and not have at least a basic 50% of the recommended daily amount, and in some good form, e.g., citrate or glycinate.... Yes, the company saves money as the other forms are more expensive, but let's not forget that supradyn is relatively pricey for a multivitamin, if they're not going to include magnesium, we might as well get a multivitamin from the supermarket.... Anyway, whoever buys these, should also get an extra magnesium supplement.... Unless they eat a lot of greens and spinach weekly. On the plus side of supradyn, it doesn't have much calcium. Ideal for those of us who avoid it as we get enough from our diet.
Αρκετά καλή πολυβιταμίνη αλλά με ψιλοχάλια γεύση. Μεγάλο, τεράστιο μειονέκτημα κατά τη γνώμη μου, το ελάχιστο μαγνήσιο που περιέχει, και μάλιστα σε μορφή-σκουπίδι (magnesium oxide) που δεν απορροφιέται καθόλου από τον οργανισμό (μόνο σε ποσοστό 3-4%). Το μαγνήσιο είναι ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά μέταλλα που λείπει από τη σύγχρονη δυτική διατροφή, και εντελώς τυχαία δίνει ενέργεια ανάμεσα στα άλλα.... Δεν γίνεται να έχεις πολυβιταμίνη και να μην έχει ένα στοιχειώδες έστω 50% της συνιστώμενης ημερίσιας ποσότητας, και σε μια κάποια καλή μορφή, πχ citrate ή glycinate.... Ναι η εταιρεία γλιτώνει λεφτά καθώς οι άλλες μορφές είναι πιο ακριβές, αλλά μη ξεχνάμε πως και το supradyn είναι σχετικά ακριβούτσικο για πολυβιταμίνη, άμα είναι να μη βάζουν μαγνήσιο, παίρνουμε και πολυβιταμίνη από το σούπερ μάρκετ.... Τέλος πάντων, όποιος αγοράσει τις συγκεκριμένες, ας πάρει κι ένα έξτρα συμπλήρωμα μαγνησίου.... Εκτός αν τρώει πολλά χόρτα και σπανάκι εβδομαδιαία. Στα έξτρα θετικά του supradyn, πως δεν έχει πολύ ασβέστιο. Ιδανικό για εμάς που το αποφεύγουμε καθώς παίρνουμε αρκετό από τη διατροφή μας.
I have been using them for about 20 days now. Whether I take them or not, it’s exactly the same! I still feel sluggish and have no energy. What can I say, maybe it needs more time to take effect or these specific vitamins just don’t work for my body.
