I bought this iron 4 months ago and I am completely satisfied for the following reasons:
1. The boiler has a capacity capable of ironing 2 loads of a six-kilogram washing machine.
2. The 3 steam settings are very useful for different fabrics. Clothes are ironed perfectly in minimal time.
3. It doesn't drip and doesn't leave any shine on clothes.
4. The iron is very lightweight, so it is comfortable to use.
I don't have any negative comments so far. I hope it will last for years.
Αγόρασα το σίδερο αυτό πριν από 4 μήνες και είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη για τους εξής λόγους:
1. Το boiler έχει χωρητικότητα ικανή να σιδερώσεις 2 πλύσεις εξάκιλου πλυντηρίου.
2. Οι 3 ρυθμίσεις ατμού είναι πολύ χρήσιμες για τα διαφορετικά υφάσματα. Τα ρούχα σιδερώνονται άψογα σε ελάχιστο χρόνο.
3. Δεν στάζει και δεν αφήνει γυαλάδες στα ρούχα.
4. Το σίδερο είναι πολύ ελαφρύ, άρα ξεκούραστο κατά την χρήση του.
Δεν έχω να κάνω κάποιο αρνητικό σχόλιο μέχρι στιγμής. Ελπίζω να αντέξει για χρόνια.
I chose it mainly because of its rating. In the first two months of light use, the trigger and the steam pump broke. It was leaking water and the pressure was disrupted. I took it to the authorized service, they checked it and issued me a replacement paper due to lack of spare parts. Then I took it to the store where I bought it and they replaced it for me. In twenty days, the second device had the same problem. The authorized service issued me a replacement or credit note, which ultimately is not a refund, but a replacement with something else from the same store or I don’t even know what, nor did I manage to communicate with Skroutz, which has now cut off its phone communication and only has ticket communication. In the end, I contacted the store myself, they took back the second device, I paid a little more and got a Braun. Of course, I also lost the extended warranty I had purchased from Skroutz Allianz for three additional years.
I don’t think I will choose Stiroplus or Rohnson products again and thumbs down for the downgrade of Skroutz's customer service.
Το επέλεξα κυρίως λόγω της βαθμολογίας του. Στους δύο πρώτους μήνες ελαφριάς χρήσης χάλασε η σκανδάλη και η αντλία ατμού. Έσταζε νερά και απορρυθμίστηκε η πίεση. Το πήγα στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις, το έλεγξαν και μου έβγαλαν χαρτί αντικατάστασης λόγω έλλειψης ανταλλακτικού. Έπειτα το πήγα στο κατάστημα αγοράς και μου το αντικατέστησαν. Σε είκοσι μέρες και η δεύτερη συσκευή παρουσίασε το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Το εξουσιοδοτημένη σέρβις μου έβγαλε χαρτί αντικατάστασης ή πίστωσης χρημάτων, η οποία πίστωση τελικά δεν είναι επιστροφή χρημάτων, αλλά αντικατάσταση με κάτι άλλο από το ίδιο κατάστημα ή κι εγώ δε ξέρω τι, ούτε κατάφερα να συννενοηθώ με το Skroutz το οποίο έκοψε πλέον την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία του και έχει μόνο επικοινωνία μέσω tickets. Τελικά, επικοινώνησα μόνος μου με το κατάστημα αγοράς, πήραν πίσω τη δεύτερη συσκευή, πλήρωσα κάτι παραπάνω και πήρα ένα Braun. Φυσικα, έχασα και την επέκταση εγγύησης που είχα αγοράσει από το Skroutz Allianz για τρία επιπλέον χρόνια.
Δε νομίζω να επιλέξω ξανά προϊόν Stiroplus ή Rohnson και thumbs down για την υποβάθμιση του customer service του Skroutz.
I had this particular brand for 12 years and decided to get the same one again after my old steam system broke! I have no words, it's incredible, it glides on clothes, adjusts the temperature, and produces full steam!! (Before I got it, I also tried to get a more economical one from the same brand and the result was that it burned 2 clothes on the first use, so I returned it immediately and after a lot of searching I found this gem!)

( πριν το πάρω είπα να πάρω επίσης της ίδιας εταιρίας ένα πιο οικονομικό και το αποτέλεμα ήταν να μου κάψει 2 ρούχα από την πρώτη χρήση και το επέστρεψα αμέσως και μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο βρήκα αυτό το διαμάντι!)

Edit after 14 months of light use. Once a week for 2 hours, it died. After numerous times of spitting out brown water from the internal rust, causing me to re-wash, finally the iron plate wasn't heating up. Through in the trash in a matter of seconds.!

I have had it for a year now and unfortunately I am not satisfied. While it was perfect at first, after the 5th or 6th use it started leaking water onto the clothes. As a result, it leaves marks and stains.
I keep it in the closet and use an old system from Stirela.
I will definitely choose another company for a future purchase.
*I always use tap water, as deionized water is prohibited. Additionally, every time I empty it from the bottom valve which is for the salts.

Give something more and get something worth it. The delay in steam is a matter of 2-3 seconds and sometimes it doesn't even activate with the first press. These seconds every time are an issue with every press; the steam sometimes comes out after you've lifted the iron off the garment. A waste of time for no reason.
Δώστε κάτι παράπανω και πάρτε κάτι που να αξίζει. Η καθυστερηση στον ατμο ειναι θέμα 2-3 δευτερολεπτα και μερικες φορες δεν πιανει καν με το πρωτο πατημα. Αυτα τα δευτερολεπτα καθε φορα ειναι θεμα σε καθε πατημα ο ατμος κατι φορες βγαινει αφου εχεις σηκωσει το σιδερο απο το ρουχο. Χασιμο χρονου χωρις λογο.

For 6 months very good, easy ironing. After 6 months it stopped working. It was returned back via Skroutz and the store replaced it after 1 month with a new identical device, which no matter how much the water is heated, whether from the tap or demineralized, mainly spits out water and steam resulting in washing the clothes instead of ironing them. I don't know if I was unlucky, but this particular brand didn't work for me.

Επιστράφηκε πίσω μέσω Σκρουτζ και το κατάστημα την αντικατέστησε μετά από 1 μήνα με μια νέα ιδια συσκευή, η οποία οσο και να ζεσταθεί το νερό ειτε βρύσης ειτε απιονισμένο, πετάει κυρίως νερό και ατμό με αποτέλεσμα αντί να σιδερώμει τα ρούχα , τελικά να τα πλένει.
Δεν ξέρω αν ημουν άτυχος , αλλά η συγκεκριμένη μάρκα σε μένα δεν βγήκε.
Used for 2 months and I am very satisfied. It has a slight delay in steam response (one second) but it doesn't bother. It does its job very well. It glides easily on clothes and is very light in hand. I would recommend it.

I bought it on 22/01/24 and unfortunately it leaks water underneath the base where it touches, for example, the table. There are some holes near the boiler valve that absorb moisture that I don't even know if they should be sealed. The instructions do not mention anything related to this issue or in the troubleshooting section. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than that, it is easy to use, lightweight, and fast.

Υπάρχουν κάποιες τρύπες κοντά στην βαλβίδα του μποιλερ που υγροσκοπουν που δεν ξέρω καν αν έπρεπε να είναι ταπομενες.Στις οδηγίες δεν γράφει κάτι σχετικό ούτε στα σχετικά προβλήματα . Το έχει αντιμετωπίσει κανείς? Κατά τα άλλα σαν χρήση είναι εύκολο, ελαφρύ και γρήγορο.

Σιδερώνει ευκολα και καλα, αλλα εχει πολυ αργει απόκριση ατμού, απο την στιγμη που πατάς ή αφηνεις το κουμπί, Επισης το οτι το καλώδιο απλα το γυρίζεις γυρω γυρω και δεν εχει κουμπί για να μαζεύεται και να αποθηκευθείς, ειναι κουραστικό και τελος το πηρα πριν 3μηνες και εκει που σιδερένια σταματησε να λειτουργεί. Purchased in early December 2023 from a well-known chain of electrical goods, and after three uses, following careful reading of the instructions for proper use (water), it started to release salt onto the clothes as shown in the photos. Despite having a 2-year warranty from the dealership, when we took it for service, they returned it to us with a credit, saying they don't have stock of the device!! They didn't have stock of a new device that has just been released on the market!
Apparently, their problem was that we bought this device on sale, so instead of replacing the device as any reputable company would do, they preferred to give us our money back so that we could repay them with the new increased price!! Unacceptable, unprofessional behavior from a supposedly reputable company that should respect its customers by promoting its products in the right way. Stay away from this company.
Αγοράστηκε αρχές Δεκεμβρίου 2023 από γνωστή αλυσίδα ηλεκτρικών ειδών και μετά από τρεις χρήσεις, αφού είχα διαβάσει με προσοχή τις οδηγίες για να κάνω ορθή χρήση (νερού) άρχισε να βγάζει άλατα επάνω στα ρούχα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Παρότι είχε 2 έτη εγγύηση από την αντιπροσωπεία όταν το πήγαμε για σέρβις μας επέστρεψαν πιστωτικό λέγοντας πως δεν έχουν απόθεμα της συσκευής!! Δεν είχαν απόθεμα σε μια καινούργια συσκευή που μόλις βγήκε στην αγορά!
Μάλλον το πρόβλημα τους ήταν ότι εμείς την συσκευή αυτή την αγοράσαμε με προσφορά οπότε επιστρέφοντας μας τα χρήματα πίσω αντί να μας αντικαταστήσουν την συσκευή όπως θα έκανε κάθε σωστή εταιρεία, προτίμησαν να μας τα δώσουν πίσω για να τους ξαναπληρώσουμε με την καινούργια ανεβασμένη τιμή!! Απαράδεκτη, αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά από μια υποτιθέμενη καταξιωμένη εταιρεία που οφείλει να σέβεται τους πελάτες, προωθώντας τα προϊόντα της με τον σωστό τρόπο. Μακριά από αυτήν την εταιρεία.

I bought this iron 4 months ago and I am completely satisfied for the following reasons:
1. The boiler has a capacity capable of ironing 2 loads of a six-kilogram washing machine.
2. The 3 steam settings are very useful for different fabrics. Clothes are ironed perfectly in minimal time.
3. It doesn't drip and doesn't leave any shine on clothes.
4. The iron is very lightweight, so it is comfortable to use.
I don't have any negative comments so far. I hope it will last for years.
Αγόρασα το σίδερο αυτό πριν από 4 μήνες και είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη για τους εξής λόγους:
1. Το boiler έχει χωρητικότητα ικανή να σιδερώσεις 2 πλύσεις εξάκιλου πλυντηρίου.
2. Οι 3 ρυθμίσεις ατμού είναι πολύ χρήσιμες για τα διαφορετικά υφάσματα. Τα ρούχα σιδερώνονται άψογα σε ελάχιστο χρόνο.
3. Δεν στάζει και δεν αφήνει γυαλάδες στα ρούχα.
4. Το σίδερο είναι πολύ ελαφρύ, άρα ξεκούραστο κατά την χρήση του.
Δεν έχω να κάνω κάποιο αρνητικό σχόλιο μέχρι στιγμής. Ελπίζω να αντέξει για χρόνια.
I chose it mainly because of its rating. In the first two months of light use, the trigger and the steam pump broke. It was leaking water and the pressure was disrupted. I took it to the authorized service, they checked it and issued me a replacement paper due to lack of spare parts. Then I took it to the store where I bought it and they replaced it for me. In twenty days, the second device had the same problem. The authorized service issued me a replacement or credit note, which ultimately is not a refund, but a replacement with something else from the same store or I don’t even know what, nor did I manage to communicate with Skroutz, which has now cut off its phone communication and only has ticket communication. In the end, I contacted the store myself, they took back the second device, I paid a little more and got a Braun. Of course, I also lost the extended warranty I had purchased from Skroutz Allianz for three additional years.
I don’t think I will choose Stiroplus or Rohnson products again and thumbs down for the downgrade of Skroutz's customer service.
Το επέλεξα κυρίως λόγω της βαθμολογίας του. Στους δύο πρώτους μήνες ελαφριάς χρήσης χάλασε η σκανδάλη και η αντλία ατμού. Έσταζε νερά και απορρυθμίστηκε η πίεση. Το πήγα στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις, το έλεγξαν και μου έβγαλαν χαρτί αντικατάστασης λόγω έλλειψης ανταλλακτικού. Έπειτα το πήγα στο κατάστημα αγοράς και μου το αντικατέστησαν. Σε είκοσι μέρες και η δεύτερη συσκευή παρουσίασε το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Το εξουσιοδοτημένη σέρβις μου έβγαλε χαρτί αντικατάστασης ή πίστωσης χρημάτων, η οποία πίστωση τελικά δεν είναι επιστροφή χρημάτων, αλλά αντικατάσταση με κάτι άλλο από το ίδιο κατάστημα ή κι εγώ δε ξέρω τι, ούτε κατάφερα να συννενοηθώ με το Skroutz το οποίο έκοψε πλέον την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία του και έχει μόνο επικοινωνία μέσω tickets. Τελικά, επικοινώνησα μόνος μου με το κατάστημα αγοράς, πήραν πίσω τη δεύτερη συσκευή, πλήρωσα κάτι παραπάνω και πήρα ένα Braun. Φυσικα, έχασα και την επέκταση εγγύησης που είχα αγοράσει από το Skroutz Allianz για τρία επιπλέον χρόνια.
Δε νομίζω να επιλέξω ξανά προϊόν Stiroplus ή Rohnson και thumbs down για την υποβάθμιση του customer service του Skroutz.
I had this particular brand for 12 years and decided to get the same one again after my old steam system broke! I have no words, it's incredible, it glides on clothes, adjusts the temperature, and produces full steam!! (Before I got it, I also tried to get a more economical one from the same brand and the result was that it burned 2 clothes on the first use, so I returned it immediately and after a lot of searching I found this gem!)

Δεν έχω λογιαααα είναι απίστευτο γλιστράει στα ρούχα ρυθμίζει την θερμοκρασία και βγάζει φουλ ατμό!! ( πριν το πάρω είπα να πάρω επίσης της ίδιας εταιρίας ένα πιο οικονομικό και το αποτέλεμα ήταν να μου κάψει 2 ρούχα από την πρώτη χρήση και το επέστρεψα αμέσως και μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο βρήκα αυτό το διαμάντι!)

Edit after 14 months of light use. Once a week for 2 hours, it died. After numerous times of spitting out brown water from the internal rust, causing me to re-wash, finally the iron plate wasn't heating up. Through in the trash in a matter of seconds.!

I have had it for a year now and unfortunately I am not satisfied. While it was perfect at first, after the 5th or 6th use it started leaking water onto the clothes. As a result, it leaves marks and stains.
I keep it in the closet and use an old system from Stirela.
I will definitely choose another company for a future purchase.
*I always use tap water, as deionized water is prohibited. Additionally, every time I empty it from the bottom valve which is for the salts.

Give something more and get something worth it. The delay in steam is a matter of 2-3 seconds and sometimes it doesn't even activate with the first press. These seconds every time are an issue with every press; the steam sometimes comes out after you've lifted the iron off the garment. A waste of time for no reason.
Δώστε κάτι παράπανω και πάρτε κάτι που να αξίζει. Η καθυστερηση στον ατμο ειναι θέμα 2-3 δευτερολεπτα και μερικες φορες δεν πιανει καν με το πρωτο πατημα. Αυτα τα δευτερολεπτα καθε φορα ειναι θεμα σε καθε πατημα ο ατμος κατι φορες βγαινει αφου εχεις σηκωσει το σιδερο απο το ρουχο. Χασιμο χρονου χωρις λογο.
IT IS VERY GOOD! It produces a lot of steam directly, and it irons very easily, also it is very LIGHT and does not tire you out. It does need a bit of space, but you save a lot of TIME. I THINK IT'S WORTH THE MONEY..

Excellent choice. Large tank that, combined with the steam efficiency, easily allows you to do 3 ironing sessions. The steam it produces is dense, with intensity and pressure, smoothing out even the toughest wrinkles. Lightweight but stable in hand.
Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Μεγάλο δοχείο που σε συνδυασμό με την αποδοτικότητα του ατμού σου βγάζει εύκολα 3 σιδερώματα. Ο ατμός που παράγει είναι πυκνός και με ένταση και πίεση, ισιώνοντας και τις πιο δύσκολες τσαλάκες. Ελαφρύ αλλά σταθερό στο χέρι.
For 6 months very good, easy ironing. After 6 months it stopped working. It was returned back via Skroutz and the store replaced it after 1 month with a new identical device, which no matter how much the water is heated, whether from the tap or demineralized, mainly spits out water and steam resulting in washing the clothes instead of ironing them. I don't know if I was unlucky, but this particular brand didn't work for me.

Επιστράφηκε πίσω μέσω Σκρουτζ και το κατάστημα την αντικατέστησε μετά από 1 μήνα με μια νέα ιδια συσκευή, η οποία οσο και να ζεσταθεί το νερό ειτε βρύσης ειτε απιονισμένο, πετάει κυρίως νερό και ατμό με αποτέλεσμα αντί να σιδερώμει τα ρούχα , τελικά να τα πλένει.
Δεν ξέρω αν ημουν άτυχος , αλλά η συγκεκριμένη μάρκα σε μένα δεν βγήκε.
Used for 2 months and I am very satisfied. It has a slight delay in steam response (one second) but it doesn't bother. It does its job very well. It glides easily on clothes and is very light in hand. I would recommend it.
Χρήση 2 μήνες και πολύ είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Εχει μια μικρή καθυστέρηση στην απόκριση του ατμού (του ενός δευτερολέπτου )αλλά χωρίς να ενοχλεί. Κάνει τη δουλειά του πολύ καλά. Γλιστράει στα ρούχα εύκολα και είναι πολύ ελαφρύ στο χέρι. Θα το πρότεινα.

After 9 months of good and careful use, the circuit board burned out, I have given it to the store where I bought it and I am waiting for them to inform me. I was surprised by this since my previous iron of the same brand lasted over 10 years and I didn't take care of it as much.
Μετά από 9 μήνες καλής και προσεκτικής χρήσης κάηκε η πλακέτα, το έχω δώσει στο κατάστημα που το πήρα και περιμένω να με ενημερώσουν. Απόρησα με αυτό μιας και το προηγούμενο σίδερο ίδιας μάρκας το είχα πάνω από 10 χρόνια και χωρίς να το προσέχω τόσο πολύ.

I bought it on 22/01/24 and unfortunately it leaks water underneath the base where it touches, for example, the table. There are some holes near the boiler valve that absorb moisture that I don't even know if they should be sealed. The instructions do not mention anything related to this issue or in the troubleshooting section. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than that, it is easy to use, lightweight, and fast.
Το αγόρασα 22/01/24 και δυστυχώς βγάζει νερά κάτω από την βάση εκεί που ακουμπάει πχ στο τραπέζι. Υπάρχουν κάποιες τρύπες κοντά στην βαλβίδα του μποιλερ που υγροσκοπουν που δεν ξέρω καν αν έπρεπε να είναι ταπομενες.Στις οδηγίες δεν γράφει κάτι σχετικό ούτε στα σχετικά προβλήματα . Το έχει αντιμετωπίσει κανείς? Κατά τα άλλα σαν χρήση είναι εύκολο, ελαφρύ και γρήγορο.

Σιδερώνει ευκολα και καλα, αλλα εχει πολυ αργει απόκριση ατμού, απο την στιγμη που πατάς ή αφηνεις το κουμπί, Επισης το οτι το καλώδιο απλα το γυρίζεις γυρω γυρω και δεν εχει κουμπί για να μαζεύεται και να αποθηκευθείς, ειναι κουραστικό και τελος το πηρα πριν 3μηνες και εκει που σιδερένια σταματησε να λειτουργεί. Purchased in early December 2023 from a well-known chain of electrical goods, and after three uses, following careful reading of the instructions for proper use (water), it started to release salt onto the clothes as shown in the photos. Despite having a 2-year warranty from the dealership, when we took it for service, they returned it to us with a credit, saying they don't have stock of the device!! They didn't have stock of a new device that has just been released on the market!
Apparently, their problem was that we bought this device on sale, so instead of replacing the device as any reputable company would do, they preferred to give us our money back so that we could repay them with the new increased price!! Unacceptable, unprofessional behavior from a supposedly reputable company that should respect its customers by promoting its products in the right way. Stay away from this company.
Αγοράστηκε αρχές Δεκεμβρίου 2023 από γνωστή αλυσίδα ηλεκτρικών ειδών και μετά από τρεις χρήσεις, αφού είχα διαβάσει με προσοχή τις οδηγίες για να κάνω ορθή χρήση (νερού) άρχισε να βγάζει άλατα επάνω στα ρούχα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Παρότι είχε 2 έτη εγγύηση από την αντιπροσωπεία όταν το πήγαμε για σέρβις μας επέστρεψαν πιστωτικό λέγοντας πως δεν έχουν απόθεμα της συσκευής!! Δεν είχαν απόθεμα σε μια καινούργια συσκευή που μόλις βγήκε στην αγορά!
Μάλλον το πρόβλημα τους ήταν ότι εμείς την συσκευή αυτή την αγοράσαμε με προσφορά οπότε επιστρέφοντας μας τα χρήματα πίσω αντί να μας αντικαταστήσουν την συσκευή όπως θα έκανε κάθε σωστή εταιρεία, προτίμησαν να μας τα δώσουν πίσω για να τους ξαναπληρώσουμε με την καινούργια ανεβασμένη τιμή!! Απαράδεκτη, αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά από μια υποτιθέμενη καταξιωμένη εταιρεία που οφείλει να σέβεται τους πελάτες, προωθώντας τα προϊόντα της με τον σωστό τρόπο. Μακριά από αυτήν την εταιρεία.
