Usage instructions: AMT cookware is extremely durable. However, avoid cutting or using metal spatulas with sharp edges on your cookware. Dishwasher washing is not recommended.
Before using the AMT Gastroguss cookware for the first time, rinse it well inside and out with warm water and a little detergent. Dry the cookware thoroughly and then rub the inner surface with a little cooking oil.
