Fiber-reinforced resin repair cement VIMACRET-F, Grey, 25kg/bag

Properties:

• Improved version of VIMACRET reinforced with polypropylene fibers, ideal for outdoor use.
• Does not exhibit shrinkage upon setting under the influence of high temperatures and/or air.

Applications:

• Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use on dry and wet substrates.
• Repairing concrete elements (filling voids, covering reinforcements).
• Restoration of imperfections, cracks, and local repairs of coatings.
• Very durable and waterproof cement grouts.
• Suitable for use in drinking water tanks.
• Fixing and anchoring of machinery.
• Construction of plastering channels in basements and tanks before applying Waterblock.

Usage Instructions:

• Gradually add VIMACRET to water and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
• For each 25kg bag, 4-4.5kg of water is required.
• The working time of the fresh mortar is approximately 40-45 minutes.
• Once hardening has begun, adding water is not allowed.

Consumption:

• For a layer of 1cm and an area of 1m2, 15kg of VIMACRET-F is required.
• For the construction of a channel with thickness 5-7cm, 3-4kg/m of VIMACRET-F is required.

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be solid and free from dust, loose materials, oils, and grease.
• Before use, the substrate should be well dampened without forming standing water.
