From what is circulating in the market, it is the best for use by the elderly. Expensive but it is the only one that has quality. It has durability if it falls down (it will fall for all the elderly), it has clear calls, very good battery, easy Greek menu, large letters, quick calls, a light on the cover to find it. I have bought a bunch of other phones for €20 and €50 for my parents, wasted money. But the phones would fall from their hands on the couch and break, some you couldn't hear anything, some didn't have Greek language, some the battery would only last until noon with a few calls, and in another one the battery inflated, the cover wouldn't close and we had to tie it with gauze. A small disadvantage with the charger, it only has the cable, it doesn't have the plug. But there will always be one at home

I got it for my mother, to replace a KX-TU446 whose charging stopped working after 4 years of use.
The phone is much worse than the one it replaced (KX-TU446), even though it looks similar with slight improvements.
1. It does not have a loud ringtone, at least not as loud as the previous one and as required by elderly people.
2. It does not have a choice of ringtones.
3. It does not have the ability to say the number you press, while the older one does.
4. The side buttons are exactly where you hold the phone on the side, resulting in them being pressed unintentionally, turning on the flashlight, and changing the volume.

And the worst part is that the sound broke (it doesn't ring, you can't hear anything) after 1 month of use..... unacceptable for Panasonic, and for the price they ask for such a simple phone.

Yes, it has 4G LTE but it doesn't make much sense on these phones, the screen is a bit bigger than the 446 but still small and the letters are still not clearly visible, while it doesn't have an option for larger/smaller letters like the previous one, so the improvement is wasted. It has a charging base and a USB-C port but no charger.
Overall, a failed purchase and I'm looking for another one....

From what is circulating in the market, it is the best for use by the elderly. Expensive but it is the only one that has quality. It has durability if it falls down (it will fall for all the elderly), it has clear calls, very good battery, easy Greek menu, large letters, quick calls, a light on the cover to find it. I have bought a bunch of other phones for €20 and €50 for my parents, wasted money. But the phones would fall from their hands on the couch and break, some you couldn't hear anything, some didn't have Greek language, some the battery would only last until noon with a few calls, and in another one the battery inflated, the cover wouldn't close and we had to tie it with gauze. A small disadvantage with the charger, it only has the cable, it doesn't have the plug. But there will always be one at home

I got it for my mother, to replace a KX-TU446 whose charging stopped working after 4 years of use.
The phone is much worse than the one it replaced (KX-TU446), even though it looks similar with slight improvements.
1. It does not have a loud ringtone, at least not as loud as the previous one and as required by elderly people.
2. It does not have a choice of ringtones.
3. It does not have the ability to say the number you press, while the older one does.
4. The side buttons are exactly where you hold the phone on the side, resulting in them being pressed unintentionally, turning on the flashlight, and changing the volume.

And the worst part is that the sound broke (it doesn't ring, you can't hear anything) after 1 month of use..... unacceptable for Panasonic, and for the price they ask for such a simple phone.

Yes, it has 4G LTE but it doesn't make much sense on these phones, the screen is a bit bigger than the 446 but still small and the letters are still not clearly visible, while it doesn't have an option for larger/smaller letters like the previous one, so the improvement is wasted. It has a charging base and a USB-C port but no charger.
Overall, a failed purchase and I'm looking for another one....
