The Televes 519502 splitter separates terrestrial and satellite signals into two outputs, with a frequency range of 5 to 2,400 MHz. It has F connectors positioned on the same side, angled at 10° to make the connectors easier to screw on and leave room for routing cables behind them. The circuitry minimises signal loss, while the Zamak alloy housing provides Class A electromagnetic shielding and corrosion protection.
The splitter passes DC power from the outputs to the input and can be installed indoors or on a rack cabinet rail. For outdoor installation, a 4163 enclosure is required. Splitters in this series can be connected to each other at the grounding point, allowing the assembly to use a single grounding point.
