The Montana Colors acrylic marker uses silver water-based paint and a 50 mm square tip. The controlled-flow valve helps regulate application, while the paint dries to the touch quickly and fully within 24 hours, depending on the surface.

The paint is odorless and free of xylene, lead, and heavy metals. Once dry, it is light- and water-resistant, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The marker is refillable with ink, and its nib can be replaced. Before use, shake it for about one minute, then press the nib repeatedly against the surface until it is saturated with paint. Close the cap after each use.
