Their focal distance is usually 24-35mm for full-frame, 15-25mm for crop frame, and 50-70mm for medium format. They are commonly used in street photography but also in indoor spaces where there is limited distance from the subject. The perspective of wide-angle lenses makes things appear farther apart than they actually are.

    I don't have the lens, a friend does, but I have processed quite a few wedding images. It vignettes so badly that after corrections, the noise levels are so high that even at low ISO it produces noise. In other words, it's a garbage lens, get an EF for less if you want, for example a 28mm
