Pair of universal LED turn signals

  • Can be installed at the front and/or rear
  • White lenses
  • Easy installation
  • You may need resistors and/or an electronic flasher

The resistor is a capacitor that converts the Ohms of the LEDs to the Ohms of a bulb. The factory turn signals of most motorcycles operate with a bulb. When we replace the factory turn signals with LED signals, the Ohmic resistance automatically changes, resulting in phenomena such as the signals not lighting up or flashing at a faster rate. The solution in this case is to use resistors and/or an electronic flasher.

If your motorcycle's factory turn signals operate with bulbs and not LEDs, then it is almost certain that you will need resistors. All models released up to 2010 have factory turn signals with bulbs, while several models released from 2010 onwards have factory LED turn signals.

There are two types of resistors: 21W/9.8 Ohm and 10W/21.5 Ohm. Choose the 21W resistor if you are going to install LED signals on a motorcycle whose signals operate with 21W bulbs. Choose the 10W resistors if you are going to install LED signals on a motorcycle whose signals operate with 10W bulbs.

The resistor is inserted between the wires of the signal and the wiring coming from the motorcycle. You will need one (1) resistor for each signal. The 10W resistors are sold in pairs.

If you choose 21W resistors, you will need one (1) resistor for each side of the motorcycle.

The electronic flasher is a device that replaces the factory flasher and is compatible with LEDs. In some motorcycles, by replacing the flasher with the electronic one, the LED signals work normally.
