It loses 1 star because the only negative I found is when I'm listening to music and someone calls me, and I answer manually from the phone (and I don't press once to answer the call from the headphones), then it connects to the phone's speaker and I have to switch it back manually and select the headphones again

The membrane crackles when someone speaks, but it doesn't happen with music, where it has good bass and treble, as if it's different headphones when you listen to music.
