I can't judge if it worked for anxiety because I simply couldn't drink them. The smell is awful! I would take them at night and until the next afternoon my mouth would smell. After 4 months, the cabinet where I kept them still smells. Truly the worst.

In a period when I was intensely stressed and struggling to manage it, it literally lifted me out of bed. I remembered what it feels like to be well and not want to go back to bed as soon as I wake up in the morning. But take it only if you are sure that you have anxiety and pressure, because when I recovered and after a while I decided to take it again for maintenance, it knocked me out as if I had taken a sedative. It relaxed me a lot and I constantly felt sleepy, so I realized that my body no longer needs it. Now I know what I will do if I face pressure and anxiety.

As for its downsides, the capsule is large, it has a bad smell, and the urine has a strong smell and color, but believe me, these are insignificant compared to the result.
