I have changed three pairs in three years.
I wear them daily at work and after about a year they tear apart (makes sense).
Very comfortable, very light, they don't slip and they don't strain the knees.

Τα φοράω καθημερινά στην δουλειά και μετά από ένα χρόνο περίπου σκίζονται.(λογικό)
Πολύ άνετα, πολύ ελαφριά,δεν γλιστράνε καί δεν επιβαρύνουν τα γόνατα.

πολυ ελαφριά, χρειάζεται να μετρηθεί το πέλμα για να βρείτε σωστό νούμερο. συνήθως θέλει ένα νούμερο παραπάνω. δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να περιγράψεις τα hoka. σου μαθαίνουν να περπατάς. περπατάνε και μόνα τους κι εσύ ακολουθείς. βελτιώνουν τη στάση του σώματος και πέλματος, διορθώνουν προβλήματα

First day! First running shoes. I have been running for two months now with the Nike air max alpha trainer which are not for running, I bought them for basketball. With the Hoka I understand that my whole skeleton, says "thank you very much". They are light and seem to be sturdy! The oval closures of the shoe, front and back on the sole help a lot in every step. As soon as I run and walk a few km I will return for an update comment. In about a month...

After a month, I have run 100 km and walked about 60. They are sturdy shoes worth their money. I tried them on asphalt, dirt, gravel, sand and even on rocks. Impressed with the stability but also with the soft sole. I feel great protection on my feet wherever I run. One negative thing I found is that my heel is currently a bit high. Of course, they will definitely soften even more. Maybe it's also the way I run... Of course, I don't have older running shoes to compare them with, I am new to this field and these are my first. I am very grateful to have them!
Πρώτη μέρα! Πρώτα παπούτσια τρεξίματος. Τρέχω δύο μήνες τώρα με τα Nike air max alpha trainer τα οποία δεν είναι για τρέξιμο,τα αγόρασα για μπάσκετ. Με τα Hoka καταλαβαίνω πως όλος μου ο σκελετός, μου λέει σε "ευχαριστώ πολύ". Είναι ελαφριά και δείχνουν να είναι και γερά! Η οβάλ κλείσεις του παπουτσιού , μπροστά και πίσω στην σόλα βοηθούν πολύ σε κάθε μου βήμα. Μόλις τρέξω και περπατήσω μερικά χλμ θα επιστρέψω για update σχόλιο. Σε ένα μήνα περίπου...

Μετά από ένα μήνα, έχω κάνει 100 χλμ τρέξιμο και κάπου στα 60 περπάτημα. Είναι γερά παπούτσια αξίζουν τα λεφτά τους. Τα δοκίμασα σε άσφαλτο, χώμα, χαλίκια, άμμο ακόμα και σε βράχους. Εντυπωσιασμένος με την σταθερότητα αλλά και με την απαλή σόλα. Νιώθω μεγάλη προστασία στις πατούσες μου όπου και αν εγώ τρέξει. Κάπος αρνητικό βρήκα το γεγονός ότι η φτέρνα μου προς το παρόν πιάνεται λίγο ψηλά. Βέβαια θα στρώσουν κι άλλο σίγουρα. Ίσως φταίει και ο τρόπος που τρέχω... Δεν έχω βέβαια να τα συγκρίνω με παλιότερα παπούτσια τρεξίματος είμαι νέος στο χώρο αυτό και είναι τα πρώτα μου. Είμαι πολύ ευγνώμων που τα έχω!
