UPDATE 16/7/2024: The usual, doesn't stick anywhere, those who caught the deal from a well-known chain at 400€ are very lucky.
- I am a gym and my device falls out of my pocket and takes a good fall with the screen on the iron device. I look and see marks on the screen, that is, on the membrane it has from the box. The membrane was pierced by the blow, it got air from below and the hits and bubbles were visible. I go home to change the membrane with glass, the company's official one, and despite the fall the device had no marks not even under a microscope. Very good membrane, do not remove it unless it fills with fingerprints and marks that do not go away.

UPDATE 24/5/2024: After 2 full months of daily use, I have to say the following:
- Very good battery life. The device is constantly online (80% data, 20% wifi usage) and with bluetooth on (due to smartwatch). It easily lasts 1 day.
- I haven't dealt much with the camera, only with the basic initial settings. I never had to take a photo twice because the first one came out blurry/shaky/etc (something that happened several times with the POCO phones I had in the past).
- It's a bit annoying that the images/videos you download from the internet are accessible from the camera roll. For example, I take a photo, press the bottom left to see what I took, and among the photos there are images or videos saved from web/apps. But, probably through metadata, every time you stop at a photo you took through the phone in the camera roll, it increases the brightness so you can see the photo clearly. Personally, this feature doesn't bother me, I actually like it.
- I doubt if there is actually any use of the glyphs on the back. It is a feature that adds to the device ONLY for those who touch the phone face down (in a defensive position???) on the table. Feedback for the sound intensity that you never see, since you are looking at the screen. Maybe if you set a timer for cooking for example, and leave it upside down on the counter so nothing spills on the screen??? But still the timer will go off and you will realize it's done. In conclusion, for me the glyphs are just a simple flair, something to catch the eye, with references to Stonehenge since the company's headquarters are in the UK.
- Something else mildly infuriating is the placement of the volume buttons opposite the power button. Why? Sometimes when I want to turn off the screen and press the power button, I have to hold it against my fingers from the other side (the way I hold it) and press the volume down at the same time, and it takes a screenshot. Slightly annoying. Just a little. I just wish I could close the screen mechanically and not have to think about where my fingers are on the other side.
- Up to today I haven't noticed any freezing, glitches, anything that would force me to restart to fix it.
- Important note. While the device recommends a 45W charger, and you can get 33W or possibly already have it from previous devices, it will charge just as fast. Don't think that quick charge only works with a 45W charger. (and they went and put the original charger nothing 45W close to 60€. We said calmly, guys.)
- I still believe that the device is totally value for money.
I have been using it for 2-3 weeks, so I will share my first impressions:
- For those coming from Chinese phones, the device has almost the same specs as the POCO F5 Pro. Its camera is clearly much better than the POCO's.
- Although on paper the 4700mAh may seem low, I can say that I am more satisfied than with the 5000mAh of the POCO X3 Pro (which I had previously).
- Stock Android with Nothing's minimal theme, which is optimized to the extreme. It runs smoothly with any app I have used, regardless of how many apps are running in the background (the 12GB RAM definitely helps).
- The camera and the app have a plethora of functions, which I never bothered to explore, but it will definitely meet the needs of an avid photographer.
- The screen, or rather the amazing screen, has satisfactory colors and incredible viewing angles (privacy 0).
- The Glyph feature it has is just a fun addition that gives the device a unique characteristic that you won't find elsewhere.
- Nice minimal design with a special detail of nostalgia, the transparent back (those who had the purple Gameboy Color know). Unfortunately, it doesn't have a good grip at all, which makes a case necessary.
- The fingerprint scanner under the screen is not the fastest, but it's okay. It is also placed a bit low on the screen, which is not very convenient if you have very small or very large hands.
- The price is not low, but considering what it offers, it is not prohibitive at all.

After about 2 months, I will come back with more details.

I usually write detailed reviews for technological products, but this time I will be more concise. As a fervent fan of cutting-edge smartphones, I have tried many of the top models and always seek the "best of the best." However, this phone stands out for its unique personality. While its camera may not compare to those of flagship models, it offers exceptional performance for everyday use.
The phone features a simple Snapdragon Gen 1 processor, but stands out for its unique character. Despite the initial impression that the Led Glyphs on the back may create, the phone truly stands out for the user experience it offers, beyond the technical specifications.
It seems to have been designed with the user in mind, offering an experience reminiscent of an iPhone, thanks to the carefully selected details of the operating system. It is impressive how these details can impress an experienced user like myself.
In summary, if you can accept a very good, but not unbeatable, camera, this phone offers excellent value for money. Let's not forget and be impressed by numbers in the specifications of other phones. The top phones do not have much better cameras, they just have better post-processing on photos.
Although there is room for improvement, it is clear that the development team is dedicated to providing a quality experience to users. Their commitment to quality and focus on usability over simple technical specifications make this phone an attractive choice for those who appreciate everyday functionality and unique character in a device.
I did not expect a company with experience in the mobile phone industry for just 2 years to be able to develop such a comprehensive and relatively affordable device.
The only negatives the phone has, and it would be better if it had, are the following:
Depth camera for better bokeh in photos (LiDAR type)
ultrasonic fingerprint sensor so that no light turns on at the fingerprint point. However, it is one of the best and fastest fingerprint sensors I have ever used. Even with tempered glass, it always works perfectly. I never had a problem recognizing the finger.

update 19.04.2024 - After upgrading the phone to version 2.5.5, even more issues have been fixed and the phone is completely bug-free. Based on the changelog, it seems that the company listens to the user and acts promptly on corrections.

Coming from Pixel 7 pro and Pixel 8 pro, which I consider fantastic phones and I love their software and camera, I wanted to try the nothing phone because of its design and I wanted to see the custom software. I had bought the Pixel 8 pro for 950€, the Nothing phone for 492€ with tax deduction. So far, it doesn't lack in any function, the smoothness is amazing, maybe even better than the Pixel, its construction and design are perfect, I like the robotic touch they have added to the fonts, sounds, etc., that's purely a matter of taste. The only thing it really lacks is the camera. The photos are not bad, but compared to the Pixel, the difference is noticeable. However, the price difference is huge. If I had to choose now between the Pixel 7 pro and the Nothing phone 2, which are currently priced the same, the 7 pro excels in camera, while the Nothing phone excels in design (in my opinion), battery life, and performance.

I am looking forward to seeing a flagship phone from Nothing with impressive specs. I believe it will be impressive

So I will also write my opinion on a purchase that I was quite concerned about in advance but I wanted to give it a try anyway, wherever it comes from. I bought the phone a month and a half ago, among a small range of phones (Samsung, mainly pixel) and due to the lack of support for pixel, I decided to give nothing a chance, despite the negative reviews I read about various issues from market research (camera, ringtone, music volume, vibration, etc.).

First of all, the phone is quite beautiful in terms of appearance, especially the back with the LEDs, and it resembles the iPhones quite a bit. It is quite lightweight, with the only downside being that the phone is slippery (so it needs a case) and if you leave it on a smooth surface with a slight tilt, it will slide. It is also a bit of a fingerprint magnet without becoming annoying.

As for the software, it is great, without any extra applications (except for the 2-3 from nothing for wallpaper - Glyph composer, etc.), clean Android with nothing's skin, which looks quite nice to me. It is fast without any lag.

The screen, despite the FHD resolution, has not presented the slightest "annoyance" in terms of viewing quality (I come from a OnePlus 7T Pro with QHD resolution), with a wide range of colors.

As for the battery, it lasts easily for more than a day, especially if you don't use it all day with the camera and heavy applications. And also, the phone charges fully in 35-40 minutes.

Now, about the camera, I had already read reviews that it was lacking somewhere, and I also noticed it with the first photo I took, and I will explain what I mean. The image quality seems quite grainy, although the colors are satisfactory. The dynamic range is not the best, with the camera struggling in conditions of intense lighting. The camera's HDR does not seem to have an option to be disabled, and the zoom (the zoom function is only applied to the 12MP camera) is not the best in terms of screen quality, making the image appear quite smoothened without showing many details. The night mode is satisfactory, again with a small issue in the dynamic range. The macro function is very good. Generally, there are updates for the camera, but I don't know how long it will take for the above issues to be mitigated. Now you also have the option to open the Glyphs as a flash, and they emit a more neutral light. I haven't extensively explored the video, but it didn't disappoint me anywhere, maybe a little in terms of sound recording quality. The selfie camera is grainy again and gives a little more detail compared to the regular camera.

The call quality is good, the voice of the interlocutor is clear, but in some phases, I think the volume is quite low, so in noisy conditions, I have to use headphones.

The sound volume for music is good, I just feel that it doesn't increase proportionally to how many times you press the increase button, it increases disproportionately per click, while the quality is proportional to the money you spend. It lacks a bit in the bass and mid-range frequencies.

I don't play games, so I haven't evaluated how it performs with heavy applications.

I find the glyphs entertaining, although they don't offer any special feature other than illuminating in notifications when you have the phone face down and it enters do not disturb mode, or they light up when someone calls you.

The vibration is quite weak, to the point where I don't feel it vibrating in my pocket when I'm outside, unlike the OnePlus 7T Pro, which had a strong vibration. Therefore, I always have to keep it in normal mode to hear incoming calls. However, the vibration on the desk sounds great.

Overall, I think it's a pretty good purchase considering its price. I bought it for around 550 euros with an invoice, and I hope that as a newly established company, they will make an effort to keep their audience satisfied with frequent updates and other impressive features.

Hello. Purchased here a month ago from plaisio, I am a heavy user - permanently on dual sim and I have tried almost every brand. This mobile is No. 117 since 1996.
So, let's go:

Material quality is quite good, better than 90% of commercial devices.
Signal and dual sim: no problems.

Call sound: no problems, clear sound during calls.

Software: a clean Android, takes about 1 week to get fully familiar with it but then everything becomes fast and accurate.

Speed is amazing with 12 GB, it doesn't lag like Androids suffer from.

Battery is VERY good, I use it heavily on dual sim (everything except music and games) and late at night it is around 20%. Excellent job.

Company: new as a company from a "maestro" of the genre (look it up) with good prospects. The English identity as a company is a very positive element, you escape from American and mainly Chinese brands.

Accessories: a bit difficult to find a case due to low popularity. However, through skroutz you can easily find whatever you need.
Good purchases, I would easily promote this device for up to 600€

It seems that I am the first one to encounter problems with this phone. The day before yesterday it completely shut down and no matter how much I tried to charge it, it would start and then turn off. It got stuck. It was impossible to wake up the phone. I was ready to return it to the distributor and I thought of trying wireless charging. It worked after I had almost given up, as giving back a phone without being able to start it and unauthorizing all the applications is not a small matter. Anyway, it started working. Such a bug is unacceptable on all levels. Also, it rarely happens, but sometimes the phone goes crazy and starts running certain applications randomly without being able to do anything. Even the reset and reboot are impossible. With great difficulty, 5 minutes ago, I managed to close WhatsApp as it kept calling one of my contacts on its own. The person was even worried. That's what was happening, I was hanging up and it was calling again for 5 minutes. I couldn't stop it until I managed to restart it. IF I KNEW ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS, I WOULDN'T BUY IT FOR ANY REASON. IT'S A GOOD PHONE OVERALL BUT SIGNIFICANT RELIABILITY ISSUES, UNTIL THE NEXT OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADE TO VERSION 2.5. DON'T BUY IT, MY COMMENT IS A RECOMMENDATION TO AVOID PURCHASING UNTIL AT LEAST THE SOFTWARE UPGRADE THAT IS COMING SOON. It's the first time I've encountered such issues and it's completely unacceptable for something like this to happen!

I have had the phone (2) for about 2 months. I wanted something close to pure Android and since the Pixel has its issues in Greece, I decided to try my luck. As soon as I opened it, the first updates came and I remembered the good old Nexus days.

Coming from the forgotten Mi Note 10 Pro, the almost pure Android, with its beautiful aesthetic details, is almost liberating for the eyes and mind. Coming from a terrible MIUI full of unnecessary bloatware and ads everywhere, you enter a minimal but substantial approach, where nothing is missing and everything is clear. The UI and widgets are simply wonderful.

Externally, the phone is beautiful and sturdy, with a clear influence from the iPhone, but with the glyph on the back, it takes it to another level. The screen is large, bright, and clear, with accurate color reproduction. The transition from 60Hz to 120Hz is noticeable and pleasant.

The sound quality from the stereo speakers pleasantly surprised me (I had no experience with stereo speakers on a phone and considered it a gimmick feature), although they could be a bit louder. With Bluetooth headphones, the sound is loud and clear, and the connection has been problem-free so far.

Update on the camera. The quality with good lighting and from both sensors is excellent, and the image is clear across the entire surface. The HDR is very good, with fast focusing and good object tracking. The digital zoom is good and produces usable images. The ultra-wide lens performs at a very good level, but color-wise, it doesn't have the same performance as the main sensor. The colors are usually a bit colder. It also takes excellent macro shots. In low light, the main camera does a very good job in combination with the software. In night mode, it captures even more details without much pixelation or halos on objects. Zooming at night without a tripod and using the manual mode doesn't produce anything noteworthy. There is a lot of noise, and the night mode doesn't improve the situation. Similarly, with the ultra-wide lens, the results are very good. Also, the saving speed is much faster compared to my old phone (about 1-1.5 sec). Overall, it didn't lag anywhere, not even a shutter lag (which had become a habit with the Mi Note 10 Pro).

The battery easily lasts for one and a half days. I constantly use it since it's new, so when I eventually stop, it might give me an additional 2-3 hours.

The processor, although from the previous generation, doesn't seem to struggle with anything. Also, for now, it doesn't heat up almost at all (except during charging), although I imagine it might get warmer during gaming.

The signal, apart from the fact that I now have 5G and everything loads very quickly, hasn't been an issue. Where I didn't have signal with the usual Greek networks, I still don't have it now...

Finally, the glyph. It has great customization options, allowing you to choose how, when, and in which apps you want to use the lights. I have it permanently upside down so that it doesn't distract me when I'm working, and it has actually reduced my screen time. The notifications come in accordance with the choices you have made, and you can tell whether you need to open them or not.

A few issues. The fingerprint scanner would be more convenient if it were 5mm higher. It takes some getting used to having it down there. The vibration is not strong enough. When entering or exiting focus mode or silent mode, it takes a while for it to start using sounds for calls and notifications. I imagine it's a bug that I hope will be fixed.
The night mode on the camera does a really good job and the video in 1080 and 4K at 60fps lives up to expectations. Clear image, good object tracking, and smooth motion.
