In non-neurotic organizations, where the "negative" of trauma prevails, the "classical" interpretation can reinforce early defenses (splitting, denial, exclusion) and exacerbate the anxiety of the analyzed individual.

In this case, the "imagery" interpretation is applicable, wherein, unlike the classical approach, the analyst, through their own morphological regression, unconsciously synthesizes heterogeneous and disparate elements from the life of the analyzed individual as well as their own, creating a "form" that can suddenly emerge in the form of an illusion.

This "form" is proposed to the analyzed individual, and together they create representations.
