Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the laptop. First of all, it has terrible image quality. The colors are overly cold and the contrast is low. Even after manual adjustment, it does NOT get fixed. Then the microphone is unacceptable. If the sound enhancements are enabled, it only picks up loud sounds and from a close distance. In the case that you are even 15 centimeters away from the computer, the quality deteriorates, resulting in you sounding like you are underwater. If the enhancements are turned off, everything is picked up and the receiver gets tired from the background noises. It was purchased for remote work, so the microphone issue affects my job quite a bit.

Έπειτα το μικρόφωνο είναι απαράδεκτο. Εάν είναι ενεργοποιημένες οι βελτιώσεις ήχου τότε πιάνει μόνο τους δυνατούς ήχους και σε κοντινη απόσταση. Στην περίπτωση που είσαι έστω και 15 εκατοστά μακριά από τον υπολογιστή αλλοιώνεται η ποιότητα με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγεσαι λες και είσαι κάτω από το νερό. Εάν απενεργοποιηθούν οι βελτιώσεις τότε ακούγονται τα πάντα και δέκτης κουράζεται από τα μικροφωνίσματα. Αγοράστηκε για εργασία εξ αποστάσεως οπότε το πρόβλημα του μικροφώνου επηρεάζει την δουλειά μου αρκετά.

I got it for 270 with the purpose of surfing the internet, watching movies, and light gaming.
For the first 2, I have no complaints but it's not suitable for gaming. Games must have very low requirements to be playable without lagging.

I bought it for my daughter at 290€. I think it's a very good computer in all aspects except for the screen, which loses focus with slight tilts due to not being ips. However, it is very reasonable at this price level. This computer outperforms an Asus ROG i7 with a 6700HQ processor (seven years old) in terms of performance, except for memory speed by a little. Although the Asus has a separate Nvidia M960 graphics card. The keyboard is good but a little sensitive for my taste, very light and average plastic quality. The battery lasts a lot even though I didn't fully test it for duration. It booted up and worked flawlessly with windows 11 pro. Buying it at this price is definitely worth it.

Είναι πολύ λογικό όμως σε αυτό το επίπεδο τιμής. Ο συγκεκριμένος υπολογιστής ξεπερνά σε επιδόσεις έναν Asus ROG i7 με επεξεργαστή 6700HQ (επταετίας) πλην της ταχύτητας της μνήμης για λίγο. Παρότι ο Asus έχει ξεχωριστή κάρτα γραφικών Nvidia M960. Πληκτρολόγιο καλό αλλά λίγο ευαίσθητο για τα δικά μου γούστα, πανάλαφρο και μέτρια ποιότητα πλαστικών. Η μπαταρία κρατάει πολύ αν και δεν την δοκίμασα πλήρως σε διάρκεια. Πήρε και δούλεψε άψογα με windows 11 pro. Η αγορά του σε αυτήν την τιμή αξίζει με χίλια.

A decent laptop for simple everyday use. It's not something that will impress you in terms of speed, screen quality, storage space, etc. However, it performs the basic functions that you want very well. You will definitely hear the fan quite a few times when it's doing updates and you push it a bit. The speakers are definitely terrible at medium to high volume, you will need headphones or external speakers. So what? We're talking about €285. Less than a mobile phone these days. And with that money, you get a 12th generation Intel i3 10-core with 8 threads, nvme m.2 SSD, Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, Full-size Ethernet port RJ45. At €285, it's a no-brainer for me. In the end, personally, I spent about €150 more and added 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3200rpm and a 500GB Samsung 980 Pro Gen 4 (Overkill for this laptop). Total of €416 for all of the above and I am very satisfied!
The only complaint and BIG WARNING so that no one else falls for it, the type C port is exclusively for data transfer and providing power to mice, keyboards, etc. It is NOT a charging port, you CANNOT connect it to a hub for an additional monitor. But as I said, for €285, don't expect it to be a MacBook. Additional battery up to 2 hours max with relatively normal to simple use.
For those who are too lazy to read the above, for its price, it offers many good features, it performs the basic functions very well, but don't have high expectations. For its price, it's a no-brainer.

As others have said, if you install Windows 10, the sound and mousepad do not work. However, by using the free site https://www.driveridentifier.com/, I was able to find and install all the missing drivers. Note that the mousepad started working without installing specific drivers for it. I simply noticed that I had fixed the mousepad while I was installing the 6-7 missing drivers. Also, some drivers from the aforementioned site did not work when I used the HP one, but they worked fine when I used the corresponding Lenovo one. So it works fine with Windows 10, it just required an additional 15 minutes of setup, but the process is very simple through the above site or a similar one!

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the laptop. First of all, it has terrible image quality. The colors are overly cold and the contrast is low. Even after manual adjustment, it does NOT get fixed. Then the microphone is unacceptable. If the sound enhancements are enabled, it only picks up loud sounds and from a close distance. In the case that you are even 15 centimeters away from the computer, the quality deteriorates, resulting in you sounding like you are underwater. If the enhancements are turned off, everything is picked up and the receiver gets tired from the background noises. It was purchased for remote work, so the microphone issue affects my job quite a bit.

Έπειτα το μικρόφωνο είναι απαράδεκτο. Εάν είναι ενεργοποιημένες οι βελτιώσεις ήχου τότε πιάνει μόνο τους δυνατούς ήχους και σε κοντινη απόσταση. Στην περίπτωση που είσαι έστω και 15 εκατοστά μακριά από τον υπολογιστή αλλοιώνεται η ποιότητα με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγεσαι λες και είσαι κάτω από το νερό. Εάν απενεργοποιηθούν οι βελτιώσεις τότε ακούγονται τα πάντα και δέκτης κουράζεται από τα μικροφωνίσματα. Αγοράστηκε για εργασία εξ αποστάσεως οπότε το πρόβλημα του μικροφώνου επηρεάζει την δουλειά μου αρκετά.

For the first 2, I have no complaints but it's not suitable for gaming. Games must have very low requirements to be playable without lagging.

I bought it for my daughter at 290€. I think it's a very good computer in all aspects except for the screen, which loses focus with slight tilts due to not being ips. However, it is very reasonable at this price level. This computer outperforms an Asus ROG i7 with a 6700HQ processor (seven years old) in terms of performance, except for memory speed by a little. Είναι πολύ λογικό όμως σε αυτό το επίπεδο τιμής. Ο συγκεκριμένος υπολογιστής ξεπερνά σε επιδόσεις έναν Asus ROG i7 με επεξεργαστή 6700HQ (επταετίας) πλην της ταχύτητας της μνήμης για λίγο. Παρότι ο Asus έχει ξεχωριστή κάρτα γραφικών Nvidia M960. Πληκτρολόγιο καλό αλλά λίγο ευαίσθητο για τα δικά μου γούστα, πανάλαφρο και μέτρια ποιότητα πλαστικών. Η μπαταρία κρατάει πολύ αν και δεν την δοκίμασα πλήρως σε διάρκεια. Πήρε και δούλεψε άψογα με windows 11 pro. Η αγορά του σε αυτήν την τιμή αξίζει με χίλια.

Με WIN10 δεν δουλευει ο ηχος και το mousepad. Ομως με το driver easy δωρεαν και σχετικά έυκολα κάνεις manual update σε όσες συσκευες το driver manager σου έχει ερωτηματικο.
EDIT: Τα windows10 λειτουργουν κανονικα με ενα λιγο ενοχλητικο watermark κάτω δεξιά στην οθόνη που λεει activate windows
A decent laptop for simple everyday use. It's not something that will impress you in terms of speed, screen quality, storage space, etc. However, it performs the basic functions that you want very well. You will definitely hear the fan quite a few times when it's doing updates and you push it a bit. The speakers are definitely terrible at medium to high volume, you will need headphones or external speakers. So what? We're talking about €285. Less than a mobile phone these days. And with that money, you get a 12th generation Intel i3 10-core with 8 threads, nvme m.2 SSD, Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, Full-size Ethernet port RJ45. At €285, it's a no-brainer for me. In the end, personally, I spent about €150 more and added 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3200rpm and a 500GB Samsung 980 Pro Gen 4 (Overkill for this laptop). Total of €416 for all of the above and I am very satisfied!
The only complaint and BIG WARNING so that no one else falls for it, the type C port is exclusively for data transfer and providing power to mice, keyboards, etc. It is NOT a charging port, you CANNOT connect it to a hub for an additional monitor. But as I said, for €285, don't expect it to be a MacBook. Additional battery up to 2 hours max with relatively normal to simple use.

As others have said, if you install Windows 10, the sound and mousepad do not work. However, by using the free site https://www.driveridentifier.com/, I was able to find and install all the missing drivers. Note that the mousepad started working without installing specific drivers for it. I simply noticed that I had fixed the mousepad while I was installing the 6-7 missing drivers. Also, some drivers from the aforementioned site did not work when I used the HP one, but they worked fine when I used the corresponding Lenovo one. So it works fine with Windows 10, it just required an additional 15 minutes of setup, but the process is very simple through the above site or a similar one!
Όπως έχουν πει και άλλοι, αν εγκατασταθούν Windows10, δεν λειτουργεί ο ήχος και το mousepad (ποντίκι). Όμως κάνοντας χρήση του δωρεάν site https://www.driveridentifier.com/ μπόρεσα και πέρασα όλα τα drivers που έλειπαν. Υπόψην, το mousepad άρχισε να δουλεύει χωρίς να εγκαταστήσω drivers που ήταν συγκεκριμένα για αυτό. Απλά καθώς περνούσα τα 6-7 drivers που έλειπαν, κάποια στιγμή κατά λάθος είδα ότι είχα φτιάξει και το mousepad. Τέλος, σε μερικούς drivers από το ανωτέρω site, όταν έβαζα αυτό της HP, δεν λειτουργούσε, ενώ χρησιμοποίησα το αντίστοιχο της Lenovo και όλα καλα. Οπότε λειτουργεί κανονικά με Windows10, απλά ήθελε 15 λεπτά επιπλέον ρύθμιση, αλλά μέσω του παραπάνω site ή κάποιο αντίστοιχο η διαδικασία είναι πολύ απλή!

Στο λαπτοπ περάστηκαν windows 10. Οι drivers για windows 11 από το site της hp εγκαταστάθηκαν κανονικά και το πρόβλημα του ήχου λύθηκε. Το TouchPad που δεν λειτουργούσε ήθελε και αυτό το δικό του driver το οποιο χρειάστηκε 3ο πρόγραμμα εύρεσης driver (driver easy) για να εγκατασταθεί. Για τα χρήματα του (260€) και την εργασία που το θέλω είναι αξιοπρεπεστατο.

Γενικά αυτά τα συστήματα προορίζονται για ανθρώπους που ξέρουν να βάλουν λειτουργικό και προγράμματα ή έχουν φίλους που μπορούν να το κάνουν. Αλλιώς δεν αξίζει να δώσεις συν 50€ για να τα προσθέσει επαγγελματίας.
Γενικά όποιος αγοράζει πρέπει να κοιτά και ειδικές ιστοσελίδες όπως πχ το www.cpubenchmark.net να ξέρει τι ισχύ έχει ο επεξεργαστής που αγοράζει. Για παράδειγμα υπάρχουν laptop με επεξεργαστή Celeron N4500 (δυναμικότητα Multithread=1827 μόνο) που κοστίζουν 280€, ενώ με 30€ παραπάνω παίρνεις επεξεργαστή 6 φορές ισχυρότερο (i3-1215U ή i3-1315U).
