Make the effort and buy such a socket. It's better for this to burn out than your device. Personally, I have bought 3 for my home and I will probably get one for every socket.

Good packaging from the sender, I have also bought the 8-socket one and I am satisfied. It is a quality construction, I don't know yet how effective it is in practice, when there is an overvoltage, short circuit, or if lightning strikes, I will come back with impressions... If I am still alive!

A typical and good safety single socket that will do its job! I chose it because it is Philips and most of the time Philips products and the products I have bought from them are not of poor quality, so I decided to try it, but I do not know how truly reliable it is and how much safety it offers, however it seems to work perfectly!

It seems to work ok, but it is very bulky. It's a brand name and that counts for me when it comes to safety equipment.

They show good construction and quality. No device has presented any problem from the ones I have protected.

It is also smart and the model with the night light is clever. It has a sensor and turns on as soon as the light is very low. However, the light it emits is very weak, borderline for not killing yourself in the darkness at night searching for the door handle. It could be much stronger to be a truly practical night light.
