The Manhattan 207980 HDMI extender extends the HDMI signal up to 70 m over a Cat.6/6A/7 network cable and supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz. PoC technology allows the transmitter and receiver to be powered by a single power supply, while Plug & Play operation requires no software installation. The transmitter features an additional HDMI output for connecting a local display, and the IR transmitter and receiver enable remote control of the HDMI source.
It supports HDR, 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, 36-bit Deep Color, 3D video, HDCP 2.3 with backward compatibility, as well as DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD and LPCM 7.1. The metal housing features gold-plated contacts, and mounting brackets for wall or ceiling installation are included.
