Decent for its price, a bit annoying if you remove the heads to clean them, it takes a lot of effort to get it started again (it sticks)

The shaver, I can say, is very good if you want a result very close to a razor. I have had it for a few days and tried using it in different ways. The first time I used it without wetting my head or applying shaving foam and it did a very good job, but I had to go over several times. The second time I wet my head and used it, it had a better result than without water. The third time I slightly wet my head and put on a bit of shaving foam and I can say I was impressed. The result was very close to a razor and very fast. In 5 minutes you are done shaving. Because I have sensitive skin on my neck, it leaves some redness, but with a balm it goes away. In the long run, I think it is worth it both in terms of time and money, as long as the blades last. After each shave, clean it as the instructions say and put a little oil on the heads. If you want to be fresh every two days, use it.

Very poor device for such a high cost. I had devices at 1/3 of the cost that worked more efficiently and had a longer lifespan.
From the initial uses, the device had some strange "freezes." At the 6-month mark it stopped working (probably the battery), it was sent for repair and returned functioning. Within the next 3 months, it stopped working again..

I bought the device for head shaving as a replacement for a previous model, which after 2 years no longer shaved well, while the new head cost almost as much as a new machine. It shaves very well, quickly, and evenly. Quiet operation, low noise. I am completely satisfied.

Amazing machine. I use it on my head about twice a week. With one charge, it will definitely last for 4 shaves, but of course, this also depends on how long you use it per shave. Personally, I plug it in every Sunday so it's ready for the next week and I'm sure about it.

Now regarding proper use. In my opinion, the hair should be up to 3 days old. Anything longer starts to get difficult. If you go past the days limit, it would be good to trim the hair with another machine before using it so you don't struggle. Not only will you strain the machine, which could reduce its lifespan in the long run, but your skin might also get irritated.

Before you start, wash your hair to soften it. Ideally, shave at the end of your shower for easier use. Definitely use shaving gel as well (I have Nivea and it works well). Afterwards, rinse the machine well and spray it with disinfectant and lubricant spray (I have one from Braun, also very good) so it lasts for years!

It worked perfectly for a while. I consider the replacement head to be very expensive, and while it's very easy to change the blades yourself, there are no blades available in the market. Although the machine works flawlessly in its prime, when it comes to its spare parts, it is the definition of a scam

The machine worked for 2-3 shaves and then just stopped working! An extra minus is the fact that they only send it with a cable, so you need to have a compatible adapter to charge it! What a waste of money!

I managed to shave my head once with 5-6 days of hair growth. That is, I gave it a hard time. It took everything off with a few passes and very deeply. Of course, it caused some irritation that I didn't have with a similar well-known Chinese machine. But since I put it to charge and then the machine doesn't turn on and the battery has a problem.
Fortunately, I will continue to shave with the Chinese one, which, although its head has worn out, continues to work fine!

The worst of all is that the service is provided by Damkalidis, whom I hope you never have to deal with. I've been calling all day today and they have them turned off.
