    I didn't find it convenient. It seems that it is not balanced from its construction and creates vibrations on the wheel during rotation, while for the same reason it bounces on the surface of the metal (instead of having continuous and smooth contact). I tried discs from a different company and they did not present this problem (they worked without issues).
