Ways to maintain the quality of wood:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap, and rinse thoroughly.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry to avoid leaving the wood wet for a long time.
• After rinsing, place it in an upright position and store it once it has fully dried.
• Regular application of olive oil for greater care. Apply and leave it overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects wood.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
