Not good tapes at all. They do not help with breathing at all, they just stick and do not come off easily. Other ones I have tried do their job very well.

They do their job and stick well. I usually use size L from a well-known company and these are much smaller. At first, I had difficulty finding where to stick them for them to work properly. You have to stick them low towards the nostrils to open the airways. My daughter, who has a smaller nose, thinks they are the same as the ones from the well-known company. My brother didn't find them comfortable (he found other non-branded ones that were cheaper). It's worth giving it a try.
