The filter limits ultraviolet rays, making images clearer, especially at high altitudes. It is a neutral density filter and does not cause light loss; it is used as lens protection and should always be mounted on it. It protects the optics from scratches, dust, fingerprints, and more.

The SLIM series filter is only 3mm thick (typical UV filters are around 5mm). Thanks to this, there is no risk of vignetting on the lenses. The filter features eight anti-reflective coatings, making its optical quality comparable to the highest quality filters.

It is made of optical glass with a thickness of just 1mm. The filter is suitable for both traditional and digital cameras.
