The Mini Matte Box from SmallRig is a compact and lightweight matte box designed for small mirrorless or DSLR cameras. Made from durable carbon fiber material, it accepts multiple filters of 4 x 5.65" and comes with a filter tray and four adjustment rings for mounting on the lens.
The maximum load capacity of the matte box is 2.2 kg. The included carbon fiber top flag prevents lens flare and bright reflections while being foldable for lens protection. There are multiple 1/4"-20 threads on the top that allow for the attachment of additional accessories.
Additionally, it can be mounted on a rig with an optional 15mm LWS rod clamp that connects to the bottom 1/4"-20 thread on the matte box frame. It features a 95mm diameter opening, and the adapter rings with threads of 67, 72, 77, and 82mm allow for use with lenses of various sizes.
An additional adapter ring kit is available for extra lens sizes.
