After daily use and within 8 months, unfortunately, the fabric tore next to the zipper. I managed to sew it up temporarily, but it's definitely not a bag for carrying a lot of weight. You can't really call it convenient in terms of use.

Update, and for me, after a year, the bearing died. I only used it at work, so it didn't make much sense for it to fail so quickly.

4 stars because time will show the durability of the materials.
It is beautiful and practical, there is no difference with the photos.
The price could definitely be a little better considering that it is not designer nor has any special feature, but more or less this price has been set for a decent backpack that also has an internal laptop compartment.
