Arag-Alive! reduces the ammonia cycle time and suppresses the initial ammonia spike. Live rocks and most invertebrates can be added immediately. Bahamas Oolite - This oolitic sand is ideal for shallower substrates, allowing denitrification at a depth of just 3cm. It is very fish-friendly for bottom-dwelling species as the grain size can easily pass through their gills. It is an excellent choice for cultivating marine plants such as Thallasia species. It is gentle on sharks and rays. Grain size 0.1 - 1.0 mm.
