Safe use:
- Do not use essential oils on the body. Use a carrier oil such as almond oil, jojoba, etc., and mix in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil.
- All essential oils are quite irritating to the skin and should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old.
- People with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice.
- Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after using any citrus essential oil (such as Lemon, Orange, etc.) as they can cause skin irritation and photosensitivity.
