Safe use:

• Do not use essential oils on the body without a carrier oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil.
• Add in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to 5 drops of essential oil.

• Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after using essential oils from citrus fruits.
