Nostos Pure fennel essential oil is obtained from the fruit by steam distillation and has a fresh aroma. The fennel plant is a perennial with golden-yellow flowers.

For use on the body, dilute in a carrier oil at a ratio of up to 5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. It is flammable, causes skin and eye irritation, and may cause an allergic skin reaction. It may be harmful if swallowed and is very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
