The FCF bergamot essential oil (Furocoumarin Free) is the classic bergamot oil (Citrus bergamia), after the furanocoumarins have been removed. Furanocoumarins are substances found in citrus essential oils that cause photosensitivity on the skin.

• Do not use essential oils on the body. Use a carrier oil such as: almond oil, jojoba, etc. and add in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil), up to 5 drops of essential oil.

• People with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice.
• Do not expose yourself to sunlight when you have used a citrus essential oil for 12 hours.
