Returns are accepted:

• A) In the case of defective GIGALED input materials or GIGALED errors in the order, immediate replacement will be made and shipping costs are free.
• B) In any other case, you will need to pay for shipping costs.

Return policy terms:

• Products must be in good condition, have intact packaging, and not be used.
• Any defective resale products can be returned under the return policy terms of each respective company.
