• Place the gel pack in the microwave covering it with water in a bowl.
• Heat for about 2 minutes at 600 watts.
• Check the temperature before using it.
• If necessary, heat for an additional 15 seconds.
• Place the gel in a thin piece of fabric (thin towel) and use the pad.

Instructions for use for heat therapy in hot water:

• Fill a kettle with water up to ¾ and turn it on.
• After turning off the kettle, place only the gel pack for about 8-10 minutes.
• Check the temperature before using it.
