The Mitas Hook bicycle tire is designed for city and trekking bikes. Its tread combines an almost smooth central section, which reduces rolling resistance on the road, with a pattern suited to rough and unpaved surfaces.
STOP THORN (ST) technology includes a 3 mm thick protective layer between the tread and the casing. The Long Way construction, with reinforced sidewalls and an Optimal rubber compound, helps prevent punctures and offers up to twice the lifespan of a Classic tire. The sidewalls have a reflective coating.
