Roman rolling pin with a texture that can press a continuous repeating pattern into clay and putties. Made from transparent PMMA plastic with non-stick properties. Non-toxic. Comes in many different textures. Length: 14.50 cm. Diameter: 2.5 cm. Stone size in the pattern: 6×2.5mm.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Mix the putty/clay according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Roll out the putty/clay on a surface. Ensure that you have a smooth and even surface.
• Depending on the type of putty/clay, wet the rolling pin to prevent sticking.
• Slowly move the rolling pin applying even pressure for a uniform texture.
• Cut any excess putty/clay once dry.

MATERIALS:

Various putties and clays are available on the market that can be textured. Polymer clay (such as Fimo or Sculpey) is easy to work with. For textured bases, using MDF is recommended, as it can be baked directly with the base. The baking time is approximately 15 minutes at 150ºC.

Green Stuff putty requires slight wetting with water before texturing, while other epoxy putties like Milliput are also suitable. It is important to properly clean the rolling pins after use.
